Minimum 10 years experience at a nonprofit as a Controller, Finance Director or CFO. MUST have an extensive understanding FP&A, Board Relations, Full-Cycle Month End Close, Audit Support, Committee Involvement, Financial Statement analysis, KPIs, Dashboard Development, Systems Implementation (just as examples).

VP Human Resources Advisory Consultant
Experienced VP of Human Resources or HR Director. Flexible consulting arrangement. Focus on HR Advisory "Consulting" and not just transactional HR Activities. OR consult to oversee an HR Department, work on project based activities linking HR to other areas of a nonprofit such as Payroll, Managerial Reporting or HR Program.
May complement with other consultants to support you either from our organization or you may be working with the nonprofit staff or management directly. Many types of scenarios.

Minimum 10 years experience at a VP Human Resources level or an HR Director. Must be SHRM certified in at least one state. May need to become certified in more than one state should you focus outside of one region.

MUST have an extensive understanding HR Policies & Procedures, HR Laws & Regulations and have experience leading an HR Department and/or Administration Dept that includes HR/Finace/IT for example. Experience in HRIS is a must. Board Relations, Full-Cycle Audit Support, Committee Involvement, HR Planning, KPIs, Dashboard Development, Systems Implementation (just as examples).
